MediBoom Refund and Returns Policy

At MediBoom, we are committed to your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality products and services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy to understand your options.

Returns and Refunds Eligibility

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions for the return and replacement process, and your refund or replacement will be processed once we receive the returned item.
  2. Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 42 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or offer a refund, as per your preference.
  3. Unopened and Unused Items: If you change your mind or no longer need a product, you may return unopened and unused items within 72 hours of receiving your order. A refund will be issued for the cost of the product, excluding shipping charges.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  1. Prescription Medications: Due to safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications. Please ensure that you consult with your healthcare provider and review your prescription before ordering.
  2. Hygiene Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products, such as personal care items, cosmetics, and intimate health products, cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@mediboom.co.za to request a return authorization.
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) or suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.
  5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or replacement as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Replacement products will be sent to you promptly, and you will be notified of the shipment.
  • Refunds may take 30 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
