Cocolicious Organic Vegan Coconut Milk Powder is a creamy and delicious milk alternative for those who are lactose intolerant or avoiding casein (sodium caseinate). This Organic, NON- GMO, Soy and Gluten free plant based milk powder contains no added flavours or sweeteners, and can be enjoyed by those with strict dietary restrictions or simply enjoyed by anyone who loves coconuts.

Use on breakfast cereals, in coffee, smoothies, milkshakes, porridges or to make ice cream, cakes and desserts. Cocolicious is also a great addition to Thai dishes, curries, soups, stews and exotic sauces, which may need a bit of a creamy tropical flavour.

Ingredients

Organic Coconut milk 97%, Organic Tapioca, Maltodextrin (derived from Organic Yuka root) 2.5% & Organic Gum Acacia 0.5%) All in gredients are certified organic.

Directions

To make coconut milk: add 1 heaped teaspoon of powder to cup of warm water, then blend til smooth.

To make coconut cream: Add 2-3 heaped teaspoons of powder to 1 cup warm water, then blend til smooth.

When mixed with 250ml warm water:

15g makes a light Coconut milk

45g makes a thicker plant based milk

75g makes a creamier milk / cream

150g makes a thick cream, with a very strong flavour.

Once reconstituted with water make sure to keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.

Store in a cool dry place before and after opening. Re-seal after use.
